Lindsey accepts the following insurances: Kaiser/Heraya Health (formerly CHP), Regence Blue Cross, Moda, Aetna, Providence, Pacific Source, United Healthcare, Medicare/Medicaid with Referral and TriWest Veterans. Also, MVA and out of pocket.
Lindsey discovered this transformational medicine in her 20’s, when she developed a frustrating health issue that Western Medicine could not resolve. Her symptoms were being treated, but not the underlying issue, similar to putting out fires while leaving the coals burning. She began receiving acupuncture and the healing was profound. While receiving acupuncture, she had an epiphany while laying on the table, with needles in, that she wanted to learn Chinese Medicine! She graduated from Oregon College of Oriental Medicine in 2009. She spent 8 years treating patients in a community acupuncture setting, which allowed her to treat 1,000’s of patients and hone her treatment skills.
Lindsey is well-versed in how to treat pain conditions. She is intrigued with the gut-brain connection and loves treating digestion challenges and mental health. She has also been extensively studying the effects of trauma on the mind and body and believes acupuncture can be used as a tool to help the body release trauma, reconnect the mind and body, and settle the nervous system.
When she is not in the clinic, she loves to spend time with her 2 daughters and partner, walking along rivers and meandering through the streets of Portland.
Lindsey accepts the following Insurance: BCBS, Moda, Providence, Aetna, Pacific Source, United Health Care, TriWest, MVA, Cash and CHUSA.

Meg accepts the following insurances: Kaiser/Heraya Health (formerly CHP), Regence Blue Cross, Moda, Aetna, Providence, Pacific Source, United Healthcare and TriWest Veterans. Also, MVA and out of pocket.
My journey into massage therapy was shaped by my lifelong experience with chronic pain and nervous system dysregulation. Regular bodywork profoundly transformed my quality of life, ultimately inspiring me to become a licensed massage therapist. Now, I feel truly honored to share this healing practice, guiding others on their own paths to wellness.
I integrate myofascial release, deep tissue, and Swedish massage techniques with a holistic approach influenced by my studies in Thai massage, craniosacral therapy, and my personal mindfulness practice. My work is deeply intuitive, meditative, and relaxing, with a focus on supporting the nervous system just as much as the musculoskeletal system to promote lasting healing and restoration. Rooted in inclusivity, my practice is trauma-informed, neurodivergent- and LGBTQ+ affirming, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and accommodating space for all.
Outside of my practice, I enjoy reading, nature walks, and landscape photography, as well as sharing coffee with friends, listening to podcasts, and studying astrology. I find joy in camping, birding, hiking, and picnicking—any opportunity to connect with the natural world. I value curiosity, growth, compassion, sustainability, and creativity in all aspects of life.
