For the last twenty years I have immersed myself into health and wellness in pursuit of a vibrant and meaningful life. I have weaved and worn many hats and identities, from dancer, to dance teacher, from mother and massage therapist, to photographer and small business owner. Through all my experiences I have learned that embodiment is how we attain our highest selves. While always changing and in transition, our bodies are the one constant thing we have in this lifetime. I find this awe inspiring and have yet to tire of learning and feeling all that I can about the intricacies of our bodies and what it means to be human.
I practice movement and bodywork because I want to help people feel more at home in their bodies. I believe our bodies are intelligent and whole, always working with us and for us. I believe massage therapy is a powerful tool to help the body, mind and spirit come back home; to remember everything that it already knows. My practice is an evolving integration of my favorite modalities of Swedish, deep tissue and shiatsu. I look forward to working together and feel honored to help hold space for your unique healing journey.

(She/Her/Hers)
Lindsey accepts the following insurances: Kaiser/Heraya Health (formerly CHP), Regence Blue Cross, Moda, Aetna, Providence, Pacific Source, United Healthcare, Medicare/Medicaid with Referral and TriWest Veterans. Also, MVA and out of pocket.
Lindsey discovered this transformational medicine in her 20’s, when she developed a frustrating health issue that Western Medicine could not resolve. Her symptoms were being treated, but not the underlying issue, similar to putting out fires while leaving the coals burning. She began receiving acupuncture and the healing was profound. While receiving acupuncture, she had an epiphany while laying on the table, with needles in, that she wanted to learn Chinese Medicine! She graduated from Oregon College of Oriental Medicine in 2009. She spent 8 years treating patients in a community acupuncture setting, which allowed her to treat 1,000’s of patients and hone her treatment skills.
Lindsey is well-versed in how to treat pain conditions. She is intrigued with the gut-brain connection and loves treating digestion challenges and mental health. She has also been extensively studying the effects of trauma on the mind and body and believes acupuncture can be used as a tool to help the body release trauma, reconnect the mind and body, and settle the nervous system.
When she is not in the clinic, she loves to spend time with her 2 daughters and partner, walking along rivers and meandering through the streets of Portland.

Madison "Maddie" Stanley
(She/Her/Hers)
My path into massage therapy began from the healing I have found through body work and holistic medicine. The sense of relief I found inspired me to learn how to offer that experience to others. It is a privilege to support people in returning to a deeper relationship with their bodies and to create a safe space for healing. I draw from a variety of modalities, including myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, and Swedish massage. My work is focused in deep relaxation and diving into that to help you and your body feel safe, and open to releasing muscular and/or emotional strains. I combine intuitive touch and clinical knowledge to create a holistic session. Every session is shaped around your individual needs. Together, we will collaborate to find an approach that feels supportive and healing in reaching your body work goals. Through intentional touch and attentive presence, I aim to create a warm and comforting environment. Whether you’re seeking relief from pain and tension or nervous system support, I aim to offer a safe space where you can invite in relaxation and find relief.
*Maddie currently accepts MVA, Cash or time of service, CA Massage, or UHC out of network benefits

(He/Him/His)
My massage practice is rooted in the belief that meaningful change happens when the body feels supported, listened to, and safe enough to soften. I offer therapeutic bodywork that blends Swedish massage, deep tissue techniques, myofascial release, and somatic awareness to support ease of movement, nervous system regulation, and a deeper connection with the body.
Sessions are slow, intentional, and responsive. Whether addressing chronic tension, stress, pain patterns, or simply the need for restoration, my approach balances specific structural work with creating space for the nervous system to settle. My work is also informed by my study of Tui Na and East Asian perspectives on the body, including curiosity around how movement, tension, and vitality are expressed through the whole person.
My path to massage grew from years exploring movement, mindfulness, yoga, and the connection between our physical bodies and lived experiences. After many years working in technology, I was drawn toward work centered around presence, connection, and helping others reconnect with themselves.
My intention is simple: to help you feel more grounded, more connected, and more alive in your body.
