LOCATION: We have 3 clinic locations — NE Alberta, NE Broadway, and S Corbett Ave.
NEW PATIENT APPOINTMENTS: Upon booking your first appointment at our clinic, you will receive an email with our intake paperwork where you can include your specific insurance plan information. Please submit your paperwork at least 24-48 business hours ahead of your appointment. For Massage Therapy, all New Patient appointments must be booked with us over the phone. If your last visit at our clinic was 3 YEARS AGO OR PRIOR: You must book a New Patient appointment per insurance rules.
BOOKING: To book, select your preferred location then choose a treatment type or provider. If you select the TREATMENT TYPE first: the calendar will display openings with ALL providers for that treatment at the location you selected. If you select the PROVIDER first: the calendar will display ONLY the selected provider’s openings at the location you selected. Many of our providers work across multiple locations so be sure to note where you’re booking.
INSURANCE: A majority of our providers are In Network with most major insurance companies, however not all providers are contracted with all insurances and credentialing is always updating as we welcome new practitioners to the team. If you plan to use insurance benefits, please first review provider bios before booking to confirm your preferred providers accept your insurance. As a courtesy, we will contact your insurance company for a quote of your alternative care coverage. Please allow at least 24 - 48 business hours (Mon-Fri) for this process. IF YOUR INSURANCE HAS CHANGED SINCE YOUR LAST VISIT: You must send us your updated information ahead of your scheduled appointment to ensure accurate billing. Please give us a call! Ultimately, you are responsible for understanding your benefits at the time you receive services.
